PRO 29:18

Where there is no vision, the people are unrestrained, But happy is he who keeps the law. 

 

PRO 29:18 

(corrected translation)

Where there is no vision (from the Word of God), the people are unrestrained (throw off the harness of restraint, and thus are unhappy), but happy is he who keeps (obeys) the law (the mandates of the Word of God).
