Creator-Creature Conflict 430: The Creator's Will is for You to Live Free

WELCOME TO BARAH MINISTRIES

TODAY’S STUDY

THE CREATOR’S Will is for You to Live Free
GAL 5:1
It was for freedom that (the Lord Jesus) Christ set us free (from the slavery of spiritual death); therefore keep standing firm (in the freedom) and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery.
ROM 11:6
But if (1) it is by grace (and it is),it is no longer on the basis of works, otherwise grace is no longer grace.

PSA 46:10
“Cease striving and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”

MAT 21:22
“And all things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”

LUK 17:6
And the Lord said, “If you had faith like a mustard seed, you would say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and be planted in the sea;’ and it would obey you.”

LAM 3:21
This I (Jeremiah) recall to my mind (during my affliction), therefore I have hope.

LAM 3:22-23
The Lord’s lovingkindnesses indeed never cease, For His compassions never fail.//They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.

LAM 3:24-25
“The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “Therefore I have hope in Him.”//The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, To the person who seeks Him.

PRO 26:11
Like a dog that returns to its vomit is a fool who repeats his folly.

2PE 2:22
It has happened to them according to the true proverb, “A DOG RETURNS TO ITS OWN VOMIT,” and, “A sow, after washing, returns to wallowing in the mire.”

EPH 2:8
For by grace you have been saved through faith (alone in the Lord Jesus Christ alone); and that (grace, and faith and salvation is) not of yourselves, it is the gift of God…

EPH 2:9
…(it is) not as a result of (your) works, so that no one may boast (before the justice of God).

When I Think About Home

CAESAR DESCRIBES THE GALATIANS
“They are fickle in their resolves, fond of change, and they are not to be trusted.  They are frank, impetuous, eminently intelligent, fond of show, but extremely inconstant, the fruit of excessive vanity.”

QUESTION FOR REFLECTION
“What is the predisposition of a slave who is set free?”

GAL 1:6
I am amazed (astonished) that you are so quickly deserting Him (the Lord Jesus Christ) who called you (invited you to the privilege of salvation) by the grace of Christ, for a different gospel…

GAL 3:1
You foolish Galatians, who has bewitched you, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was publicly portrayed as crucified?

GAL 3:2-3
This is the only thing I want to find out from you (Galatians): did you receive the (baptism by the agency of God the Holy) Spirit by (doing) the works of the (Mosaic) Law, or by hearing (the gospel) with faith (alone in Christ alone)?//Are you so foolish? Having begun (the Christian Life) by the (baptism of God the Holy) Spirit, are you now being perfected by the (deeds you do in the) flesh?

QUESTION FOR REFLECTION
“What is the predisposition of a slave who is set free?”

ROM 7:7
What shall we say then? Is the Law sin? May it never be! On the contrary, I would not have come to know (about my) sin (nature) except through the Law; for I would not have known about coveting if the Law had not said, “YOU SHALL NOT COVET.”
